I did not read anything about the benefits.
The first thing that I was taught about marketing at university was show that you understand your customer by translating the features of your product or service into benefits that your customers will understand, appreciate and most of all want.
The first thing that needs to be read by your customers is, benefits.
The second thing is benefits.
And the third thing is benefits.
Apart from that I thought that it was a great article. Especially liked the design spec. Short and sweet.
