| No. We recognise that many small business owners are busy running their own businesses during normal business hours. We can schedule meetings or discussions at a time to suit you – evenings, or even over a weekend. | |

Can you write my web site text for me? |
| Not Really…. Nobody knows your business, your products and your clients the way you do, preparing the body text is something that you are best doing your self.
Saying that, we can review the copy and offer advice if you like, or we can put you in touch with a specialist copywriter if you need assistance. |

Can I edit my site myself ? |
| Yes and No. If you have the in-house technical expertise to maintain the site, then sure, we can work with you to get you site to a stage where you can update the site yourself. However, we don’t typically jointly manage sites with our clients – it’s a case of “too many cooks”, and may introduce version control and configuration management issues.
There are many good books and training courses on how to use Web Page Editors for those who want to look after their own site, but whether you’re able to manage the broader issues associated with looking after a web site depends on your own skill base, and desire to do so. There’s a bit more to it than just HTML and image editing. We can provide you with basic training to allow you to make simple ( usually text only) changes to your site. if your site includes online catalogue functionality, we will provide training on how to maintain your products and orders. |

I got somebody cheap to build my web site – Can you fix it ? |
| Probably. These requests are treated on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes it may be possible to apply minor changes and updates to make the site useful, however it may work out cheaper to start again than to patch up a poorly structured or badly coded web site (although very often much of the existing copy can be reused). |
